Martin Maxl is one of Austria’s leading corporate lawyers. He advises medium-sized and listed companies (both buyers and sellers) on all aspects of corporate and antitrust law in corporate acquisitions. In the field of antitrust, Martin advised Coca-Cola HBC in its acquisition of Römerquelle and structured the Austrian water business for The Coca-Cola Company. He won several market abuse proceedings before the Austrian Supreme Cartel Court. In the field of cross-border reorganizations, Martin designed and implemented the first international transfer of the registered seat of a Czech limited liability company to Austria in December 2015.
